HEART OF TURMOIL

STILL RESISTING!!! WTF!!! (Can we say that here?)

I have been on a whirlwind of Emotion lately! Focused on all the things going on in the world, that is not my concern. This past week has been very Emotional for me.

5 years ago, October 26, 2020, my father went missing and has never been found. He and I had a falling out in 2017 and never spoke again. My brother and I figure it was foul play, but, no-one will listen to us. We have been dealing with lawyers and other entities with no resolve. So, it is very disheartening.

6 years ago I lost my best friend to Cancer; he was 43, just shy of his 44th Birthday. He had asked his doctor for tests as his father had passed not even a year prior and he was denied testing.

Breaks my heart that the medical system did not test him when he asked, they said he was too young and 6 months later he was diagnosed stage 4. He passed July 11, 2019. I miss him dearly and October 25th would have been his 50th Birthday, a Milestone he never made it too.

MKE is the best thing that I can do for myself at this time. I need to get the ‘junk out of the trunk’ and do this, for me and what I stand for!

Thank you for this! In Gratitude to Mark J., The Fab Davine, Lori and my Guide Phil S.

  • Lisa, my heart goes out to you. I honor your courage in looking at and working to overcome the messy parts. Sharing your story gives us all permission to face those raw places where growth meets resistance. I’m holding you in light and love.

  • I agree with Chandrashekar, “Lisa, my heart aches for you and the profound loss of your loved one.” How deserving you are to have found a second home that is the house and family of MKE.

  • Lisa, my heart aches for you and the profound loss of your loved one. The injustice of being dismissed and the milestone birthday that wasn’t celebrated is heartbreaking. Thank you for sharing this piece of your story and his memory. Your commitment to doing MKE for yourself, to clear out the “junk,” is incredibly powerful and a testament to your strength. He would be so proud of you for choosing to heal and stand strong in your purpose. Holding you in my thoughts, especially for 25th October. In gratitude for your courage.

  • Lisa, It is surviving weeks like this that remind us how strong we are and how far we have come. Prayers for continued peace as you look for the wins and reflect on the beautiful memories together.
