Overwhelm !
What do I say when the demand is presented to speak (or write) and the ‘mind’ come back with “I have nothing to say. No one wants to hear about my petty struggles.” Go back to the corner and figure it out for yourself like your momma said to..
I resonate strongly with the Hannel reading, it makes a lot of sense. Yet when I sit, there are all these options and possibilities to choose from! How can I choose 1 to focus on and miss the richness of the universe?
Mayhaps I might “pick one” and explore the possibilities.

I want to hear about your petty struggles! It helps me to deal with my own:)
The conundrum we are presented with. To focus or not to focus. Are we missing out or is the entire universe in anything one thing we focus upon?
The richness of the universe is always around. Maybe instead of picking one thing you will find where it leads you. Thank you Ralph.
“Figure it out for yourself in the corner’ – what a perfectly captured moment of that internal critic. And what a powerful act of defiance to then simply ‘pick one.’ This is the entire journey. Thank you for writing this.”
