This past week, I kept having the same realization over and over again—almost like life was gently tapping me on the shoulder, saying, “Remember who you are.”
What I kept coming back to was this: your heart center always returns. Even when you drift. Even when you forget. Even when you convince yourself you’re “past” something you once loved.
I realized how easy it is to move away from the things that matter most without noticing.
Life gets full. Responsibilities pile up. You shift into roles—worker, partner, parent, problem-solver—and somewhere along the way, pieces of your inner world get pushed to the side. Not intentionally, just quietly.
But then something happens.
A moment.
A spark.
A memory.
A desire you thought you buried suddenly resurfaces.
That happened to me several times this week—almost comically, like the universe was determined to underline the lesson. A conversation brought back an old dream. A creative urge I thought I “outgrew” showed up again.
And in the middle of an ordinary day, I felt a familiar pull in my chest, almost like my heart saying, “I’m still here.”
The realization hit me: no matter how far you wander, the truest parts of you don’t disappear. They wait. Patiently. Quietly. Steadily.
And when they return, there’s a softness to it. A clarity. A feeling of, Oh—this is me.
It’s not dramatic. It’s a remembering.
So here’s what I’m holding close right now:
If something keeps coming back, it’s not random.
If something keeps tapping you, nudging you, showing up in different forms—it’s yours.
It’s part of your blueprint.
It’s trying to lead you home.
This week reminded me that your heart center doesn’t need permission to return. It just does. And when it does, it’s an invitation to realign, reconnect, and choose what feels true again.
If something has been resurfacing for you lately… pay attention. It might be your heart finding its way back to you.

Such a beautiful, subtle, nudging reflection…. and reminder.
A nudge, a spark, a creative urge. Thank you for sharing
