This week deepened my understanding of energy and vibration, something I talk about often in coaching, healing, and personal development, yet still find new layers within me not seen or realized before.

I am reminded that we don’t attract what we wish for; we attract what we are. Our emotional state is the true magnet. We must not simply think about what we want, but we must embody it fully.

Really makes new meaning of Gandhi’s quote ‘we must be the change we wish to see in the world.’ Emphasis on the word ‘be.’

As I continue shaping a life of autonomy, aligned work, wellness, and community, I’m becoming more aware of the subtle places where old vibrations linger – scarcity, responsibility, the belief that things must be hard to be worthwhile.

Those frequencies don’t match the future I’m creating. And the universe doesn’t respond to intention; it responds to resonance. Again – I must BE the change. Embody it.

This week’s exercise asked me to not simply concentrate, but to release negativity as it arises. Not to fight it, not judge it, but simply witness and replace it.

It was fascinating to observe how quickly a thought of doubt or lack can slip in, that cement was piled on thick – and how powerful it feels to consciously redirect it toward something constructive.

This is the real work of inner authorship: not suppressing the old vibration, but dissolving it by choosing a new one.

Abundance is our natural state. We see it everywhere in nature. Growth, expansion, generosity – the universe is always expanding. Lack is the illusion. A lie. Definitely a repeated pattern (aka habit). And habits can be changed.

Working on this integration of week six; and I do feel myself shifting toward a steadier, calmer resonance that aligns with the health, freedom, and purpose-driven work I’m building.

I’m learning that the most important environment I cultivate isn’t my home or my community; it’s the vibration I carry. The feeling is lasting a bit longer as I see reminders around me in the shapes and colors.
