Part 14 is where this book stops politely nodding and starts saying, “Hey … this stuff Actually Works!”
The idea is simple and slightly inconvenient; whatever you keep thinking about on repeat is what your life starts playing back to you. Not because the Universe is poetic – but because subby is obedient. You feed it the signal, it builds the set.
That’s why this chapter is obsessed with control. Not the clenched-teeth kind.. the calm, steering wheel kind. Where you notice your thoughts drifting into worry, drama, or “here we go again” mode, and gently nudge them back toward what you actually want.
And yes, your sit still matters!! When everything shuts up for a minute, you can hear what you’e been broadcasting all day. That’s where your real edits get made. Basically, this chapter says: Change the Playlist, and the dance floor has No Choice but to follow.
Law…not Luck.

Amazing, Todd! Your mind is a loyal DJ—it plays whatever you put on repeat 😄
Calm control, quiet moments, better tracks.
Law of the mind…. 🎶✨
“This stuff Actually Works!” Love the energy here. The sit matters because that’s where we hear our own broadcast. Fantastic insight, Todd. 👏🎯
“Change the Playlist, and the dance floor has No Choice but to follow.” Yes, Todd, this captures very well of this truth. I love how you come up with these analogies connecting to your experience and something people can easily relate to. Thank you!
Yes, the “sit” does still matter! It is part of the secret sauce indeed Todd.
Thank you for your post!
