“Thought is the property of those who can entertain it.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
This week’s reading and practice was beautiful and profound. In a world where attention is the currency and everyone is fighting for it, it is so powerful to take it back, to put your attention back into yourself and concentrate on my highest self.
Concentration for even 10 minutes is very powerful.
I did some guided meditation this week a few times that helped supplement our learnings to the week. It was all about using the law of attraction and getting my brain focused on one thing.
After the practice I didn’t think much of it and went to sleep. However, I woke up the next day and I could tell my brain was looking for evidence of the thing I was concentrating on the night before throughout the day. Pretty cool.
Every interruption extracts a cost we rarely calculate: diluted insight, shallow decisions, and delayed clarity. If attention is currency, where are we unconsciously overspending it each day?
Powerful thoughts and I will continue to bring my concentration to what I want for myself consistently.

Well said, Erin! The effect of concentrated focus, where your brain starts looking for evidence the next day, is so cool and proves the practice works. 🔍✨
That’s excellent, Erin! Sounds like a great experience with concentration!
