Saved by the bell or really by this week “not an expert” assignment.
I say that because as I started to prepare to complete this week blog, I ended my “sit” with a lot to “give my opinion” about. I realized most of it was my own commentary to criticize how I was feeling during my “sit.”
I can see clearly there is no need to “start in” on myself and my feelings.
Instead, I will get dressed and get out the house and get some fresh air. The law of substitution is in motion to set my mindset in a more uplifting sphere. Every day is a new day. The sun is shining behind the clouds. I will greet this day with enthusiasm. (part of my R2A2)
More so this week, the realization to take note on what I was THINKING versus what I was FEELING only made the difference.

Sabrina, I love your reminder that every day is a fresh beginning. You paint a beautiful picture of greeting your day with enthusiasm. Thank you for sharing.
The Law of Substitution for the win! Action over analysis. Fresh air over frustration. This is how we build a new habit of mind. Brilliant practice. 👏🌿
Every day is a new day, I love that!
