minutes remaining

Saved by the bell or really by this week “not an expert” assignment.

I say that because as I started to prepare to complete this week blog, I ended my “sit” with a lot to “give my opinion” about. I realized most of it was my own commentary to criticize how I was feeling during my “sit.”

I can see clearly there is no need to “start in” on myself and my feelings.

Instead, I will get dressed and get out the house and get some fresh air. The law of substitution is in motion to set my mindset in a more uplifting sphere. Every day is a new day. The sun is shining behind the clouds. I will greet this day with enthusiasm. (part of my R2A2)

More so this week, the realization to take note on what I was THINKING versus what I was FEELING only made the difference.

Meet Sabrina Thomas

Retired and grateful, I bring experience from banking, telecommunications, and a decade in corporate management. A devoted daughter and proud mother of three sons, I now spend my days writing, creating, praying, meditating and journaling. Life with my family brings me joy, and I embrace this chapter with purpose, creativity and peace.
