My gratitude muscle is growing. I honestly have been looking forward to writing down on my flashcards. I look forward to finding little things to write down on my flash cards.
I am grateful for my slippers. I am grateful for my pillow. I am grateful for the coffee machine. I am grateful for my dog’s leash.
I look for things all around me to be grateful for. I say them out loud more. My brain is more focused on gratitude and I am grateful for that.
