Rooted in Healing: Jessyca’s Journey from Self-Belief to Building a Global Holistic Sanctuary in the Arizona Mountains
Sedona, Arizona 10/30/25— Nestled on 50 acres of breathtaking land in the Arizona mountains, with a fresh-water river flowing alongside, stands A Breath of Fresh Air Holistic Healing Center — a sanctuary where nature, healing, and community intertwine.
Its founder, Jessyca, lives on this land in a three-story, cabin-style home surrounded by gardens, an apothecary, and nonprofit healing spaces she has lovingly built.
The interview with Jessyca took place on this property, where the interviewer immediately felt the peaceful, grounding energy of the land. After touring the beautiful sanctuary, the many centers, and flourishing gardens, the interviewer felt at ease and could sense Jessyca’s heartfelt generosity.
A self-made entrepreneur, gardener, and trauma-informed healer, Jessyca is also the founder of Open Hands Healing Collective, a nonprofit devoted to accessible, community-based healing.
Together, her home, gardens, and centers form a living ecosystem of renewal — rooted in sustainability, self-belief, and service.
A Breath of Fresh Air Holistic Healing Center spans over 20,000 square feet, blending modern design with all-natural wood structures, stained glass windows that scatter healing light, and open spaces that invite connection with the elements.
Within its heart lies a vibrant apothecary, where Jessyca and her team handcraft tinctures, salves, plant medicines, and herbal remedies from herbs grown on the property.
“This land is alive with purpose,” Jessyca says. “The river reminds me to flow, the gardens remind me to nurture, and the mountain reminds me to stand firmly.
Everything here, my home, my center, my nonprofit was born from faith, giving, and a deep belief that healing begins with how we live.”
Reflecting on her journey, Jessyca shares:
“I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I’m so proud, and my heart overflows with joy and love because I am able to give back to people everything I’ve been given. It warms me to know how much I can help others, and I am filled with gratitude every single day.
“Thanks to The Master Key Experience, hosted by the wonderful Mark Januszewski and his wife the fabulous Davene, I uncovered so much I never knew I had inside of me. They helped me truly live my purpose and dream all while helping others do the same.”
Her path to abundance and freedom began with inner transformation. Through The Master Key Concept, Jessyca learned to reprogram her subconscious mind, embody self-belief, and live by the Law of Giving — principles that helped her manifest both inner peace and outward success.
“When I began to give without fear, everything changed,” she reflects. “I give back through Open Hands Healing Collective, through our free trauma-informed programs, and through a farmer’s market–style event where I share fresh food grown right here on the property. Giving nourishes me as much as it nourishes others.”
Today, people travel from around the world to experience healing at A Breath of Fresh Air, where the land itself becomes part of the process — grounding, awakening, and reminding each visitor that nature is both teacher and medicine.
Open Hands Healing Collective continues to expand its reach, offering community retreats, holistic education, and access to resources that empower individuals to reclaim their wholeness.
“Everything we need to heal is already within us,” Jessyca says. “My work, and this land, simply help people remember.”
