Guided by Grace: My Conversation with Pastor Nelson G about Purpose and Achievement

Pastor Nelson: Good morning, Traci. It is so great that you have answered the call to be Assistant Pastor and Worship Leader at Real Life Church.

Traci: Thank you, Pastor Nelson. I am honored to be a part of the church, and to be able to lead our congregation as well as be able to help in benevolence ministries as well. It makes me joyful and happy to be able to help people in so many ways.

Pastor Nelson: So, tell me about your journey. What made you decide you wanted to be a pastor?

Traci: Since I was young, I have always felt like it was important to tell people about the love Jesus has for them. I think everyone needs to know Him.

Pastor Nelson: I see in church how much you love to worship. It shows that it is part of your calling.

Traci: Yes, it is. I love the Lord, Pastor, And I want everyone to know His love like I do. I want to bring them into His presence.

Pastor Nelson: You have recently become a leader in your company as well. Can you tell me about that?

Traci: I sure can. In May of 2025, I invested into a company, which part of their training was to start speaking affirmations over yourself. I began speaking things that were not as though they were.

You know Pastor, the bible tells us to do that (smiling sweetly), and as I was going through this, and began to really grasp it, my cousin (not knowing what was going on with me), sent me an invitation to accept a scholarship in a 6-month course, called Master Key Experience.

It was the best choice I could ever make. This course, helped me to reprogram my mind and speak positive things every day. We also found our definite major purpose and learned how to teach our subconscious (within) to manifest things (without).

I realized who I actually wanted to be. And in the program, they guide us in learning to make promises and also keeping them.

Promising daily tasks and following through with doing them each and every day, helped me to learn what I needed to do in order to get things to manifest. My goal was Liberty and Spiritual growth.

Pastor Nelson: What do you mean by Liberty?

Traci: Well, Pastor Nelson I have struggled most of my life financially. I want it to be to where I can live freely taking care of my family as well as give freely to my community as well as church.

I have wanted to be able to help anyone in need for as long as I can remember. I want a food pantry and clothes closet so that people can come and get what they need.

And now I am so happy that I am able to do just that! I am giving to missions as well as tithing and helping people to get on their feet. This makes me so grateful and happy!

Pastor Nelson: Well, it is amazing what you have accomplished and I am happy to have you on board here!
