This week’s lesson was eye opening for me in many ways. The crew talked about how when we feel fear, it is a signal. It is a signal that we can expand the comfort zone.
Now will you do it?
I have been noticing this week all the moments I feel fear. I notice all the things I will do instead of the things I know I need to do. I try my best not to judge myself, rather notice and make small actions to change.
For example, this week I set time aside to work on my creative venture at 5 pm. It was 6:10 pm and I took a step back and noticed a kitchen full of cooking projects that had nothing to do with my creative venture.
I giggled at myself, noticing how far I pushed away from my fear. I was afraid to sit with my creative venture.
So I cleaned up the kitchen and went back to my desk and put in 20 minutes of uncomfortable work. It wasn’t what I originally intended but that moment I chose to go back to my desk was big. If I keep doing that, we will get somewhere.

Good job being the observer, and then taking action! Excellent!
