As we approach the end of the official Master Key Experience (MKE) course, I find that instead of worrying, I am excited.
I am excited to take the things I have learned and make them a part of my continued routine.
Some of my favorites are:
1. The Sit – spending 15 minutes every day in thought exercises has been incredible. This habit is my top favorite and I am excited about taking ownership of The Sit. I will continue using the MK readings to spur me on, and my Sit will include visualization and imagination of my future self.
2. The Master Key readings – These have been really powerful and I have found that the repetition helps deeply set these ideas into my mind. Through these readings I have learned the secret of power, the power of thought and the need for practice.
3. The Greatest Salesman – Reading GS three times a day really helps to drive the concepts home. I rarely get 3 readings per day. However, because I have been traveling so much and often was in public places or obligated to serving others, I started recording myself reading the chapter. This allowed me to simply play the recording at any time. I enjoyed this paired with my music recording in the evenings, lying in bed with my Bluetooth eye mask on.
4. The pile of cards – Who doesn’t want to flip through cards that make you grin from ear to ear all day? My goodness, this exercise brings great joy to my heart!
There are many other exercises that will continue, but those 4 are my faves.
I’m traveling again this weekend and will be completely offline for 4 days. This requires me to be prepared with my materials and diligent in my commitment to my routine despite the change in location. More practice!
Overall my confidence in myself and my ability to continue growing after MKE officially ends is strengthening each day. And that is empowering.

Wonderful growth Amy!
