I really enjoy a physical challenge. I run long distances, pushing my body to its limits. I lift heavy weights, trying to reach my personal best. It’s all work that is important to me and something I prioritize daily (or most days.)
I’ve learned so much goodness as it has been a regular practice for years now.
Some important lessons I’ve learned along the way include but are not limited to:
- Consistency is the highest indicator of success and growth
- Slow and steady increase will get you far
- You cannot cram. You cannot gain a large amount of miles or muscle after lifting heavy or running far after two weeks. You will only get hurt.
- Slow growth over time is the key.
A lot of these points are speaking to the same fact. Consistency and growth go hand in hand. I’ve learned that growing my mind and my business is like growing my muscles.
The Master Key Experience has given me the tools to build my dream life, brick by brick. I know it won’t come overnight. It will be like running a marathon. I must train with weekly runs, daily nutrition and set my mind to know that I can do all things.
I can and will build my dream life but it will take consistency and little steps everyday. I mustn’t get frustrated with slow growth, I must put in the work and have faith that the rest will grow.
As Og Mandino says, “If I persist, if I continue to try, if I continue to charge forward, I will succeed.”

So true, Erin. You need to put in those training hours consistently, just like marathon training!
