In the beginning, I felt a little overwhelmed with the amount of homework required. Much less figure out what I really wanted out of life!! Yikes
I am now starting to get the hang of it. With that, however, comes the urge to speed over my readings because they have become somewhat automatic. Then It occurs to me…Would I go to the gym and just lollygag through my workout?? What a huge waste of time!!!! If I am taking the time to complete my readings I complete them WITH FEELING! Why would I waste my time by flying over these words that are meant to create the life of my dreams.
I understand the importance and have committed, this time, to completing the exercises 100%. I’m looking forward to a life lived on purpose with purpose.

I love this idea! Great job!
I appreciate for your 100% commitment.
Hey Carolyn, I liked your post because I resonated with much of it. I was totally excited initially and ready to jump in. Then I became overwhelmed after week two! The amount of work required is very intense. I was taught that “if you are going to do something, do it right, the first time.” Of course, why waste your time with anything less than your best, complete attention??
Getting it “right” the first time here, isn’t applicable i believe and THAT is okay. We are evolving with the process. But it does require our full attention and commitment. Ready, CHARGE!!!
Great awareness! Very powerful post 💪🏼❤️
Carolyn, great self-awareness and keen observation! It’s encouraging to see your resolution to give 100% for this process toward a life lived on purpose and with purpose!
I feel you! Yes, in the beginning it is a bit overwhelming. Love how you connected it to going to the gym …would you “lollygag through my workout??” Of course not, you want to come out of there sweating! Then you feel good! Great blog!
I love to see such commitment. Great observation on how you feel when not giving 100 %.
Yes to 100%!!!
That is excellent that you have committed to the process – no more lollygagging for you (I love that word).
