Breathe, this has been my mantra all week as I have seen it flying by and struggling to get all my work done. As the week has progressed, and I read my daily readings I find myself calming. Each day I am feeling like a flower opening to the sunshine.
I find myself still battling resistance in the form of that if I miss one thing a day it is ok. And then I see how already these new habits are impacting my life so much so much for the good. So, I just keep telling myself do it now, do it now.

Susan, I love your reminder to breathe. Your clear, steady approach is inspiring. You are a flower opening up. Thank you for sharing.
“Susan, the progression you describe is everything: from the struggle, to the conscious breath, to the calm, and finally to that powerful command: ‘do it now.’ It’s amazing how these new habits, even when it feels like a battle, compound to create such positive change. Your post is a wonderful testament to the power of gentle persistence. Keep going!”
Follow those good habits. You are breaking through.
I’m so glad to hear that the daily reading is bringing you peace. Way to stay the course Susan.
