minutes remaining

A huge part of my challenge in this journey has been my cement or my ego or my past programming or ultimately what I would call that aspect of self that I identify with as “ME” my identity.

And he is so deeply ingrained in survival that the idea of letting go to become something NEW feels like death and “ceasing to exist” and so there has been major anxiety and resistance and conflict every step of the way.

It is one thing to talk about change, real change and another thing to live it, and to surrender to the idea of dying to the old former self. To me it must be something like what a 🐛 experiences becoming a butterfly 🦋?

You can not remain what you were to become what you are destined to BE.

Yep, that is it for today as I become the butterfly 🦋 that I have never been before and don’t know how. Just DO IT
