Dear Chandrashekar, you seem to really have captured the essence of the MKE: the only way to trick the dictatorship of our old blueprint is indeed to patiently repeat the daily practices of the MKE until they become habits…which means ingrained in our subconscious mind, uprooting the obsolete habits of the old blueprint.
