Stressful situations used to trigger immediate reaction in me fast breath, fast words, fast emotions. But the more I lean into my MKE journey, the more I’ve learned the power of a calm pause.
Now, when tension rises or unexpected problems show up, I find myself breathing instead of bracing. Listening instead of leaping. Trusting instead of panicking. And in that still space, solutions seem to rise on their own, almost effortlessly.
Choosing calm doesn’t mean I ignore the challenge, it means I create room for clarity.
And from that place, everything gets easier.
