I believe this to be very true. As Marianne Williamson said, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
And please don’t think you’ve wasted your time. All your previous steps have brought you to where you now are and without them, you would be somewhere else. Happy to be here with you!

I agree that a “broken heart” really is not only metaphorical. How hard it is to face that we are the ones breaking our own hearts.

I really appreciate you sharing this. I lived aboard for a year in Maine. I still remember being rocked to sleep by the swells as the tides changed.

Wonderful article! I have a goal of sailing the loop with a friend, and previously I wouldn’t have even considered that type of adventure but now I can definitely see my future self on board and excited to be there.
