Practically speaking, it’s a state in the body, experiencing the emotion of the “new state” long before it manifests externally. It’s not just a mental thought; otherwise, it would be far too easy.

Perhaps it’s a kind of internal testing mechanism of our system: can we truly hold this new state?

And yes, it’s definitely easier together. I feel the same way.

Midlife is an interesting concept especially in light of Mark’s Lifeline Time Line. I experienced a bad health scare in April so my timeline has been in flux. Clarity creates purpose and urgency. I am glad for the reminder.
