Blog Week 7

It’s week 7 and as I review my previous blogs I seem to be missing a blog. I’m always stretching when it comes to my blogging. As I’m more of a speaker than a writer.

I know some of my friends would be thinking, I should just get AI to do it for me. Somehow I’m thinking that won’t cut it here.

I’ve done some calls with my guide to get my DPM finalized, so I’m thinking and hoping that I’m getting close. I do know that the hardest work we can do, is the work on our inner self. This is like surgery but i’m doing the surgery and there is no anesthetic

My mentor always said , we should work harder on ourselves than we do on our jobs. Since joining this program , I feel I’m doing this work at a much higher level.

I know that good habits once developed, that become automatic for us, definitely serve us well for our life.

I’ve had the morning exercise habit since i was younger, as my dad, would wake me up before sunrise, and we would drive down to the beach, do our stretching , then exercise, and finally swim on the days the tide was in. This habit has served me well in my journey.

One of the things i learned or was reminded of was the fact that we never get it all the first time, so it’s definitely in our best interest to reread it many times.

Working on me may be hard but I’m not quitting.
