MKE Week 6 – Shapes, Colors, Feelings, Oh YES!!
The cement is not only cracked now, but blowing away like dust in the wind. My layers are being exposed, and the progression brings new life and energy into my psyche. Linking is actually happening!
I am more aware of “opinions” and starting to withhold mine. It still is challenging, though. I recall a scene from a movie I watched recently, a thirty-something male photographer approached a bar and sat next to a festively dressed young lady and struck up a conversation.
She asked what he was doing at the bar. He stated that he was there to photograph some “unknown band” as he rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders. She mustered a crooked smile and said, “Great! I am the lead singer of that band.”
She then rolled her eyes at him, turned and headed to the stage. I thought, hmmm, he could have just pleasantly said, “I am here to photograph the band” without the demeaning tone in his voice or the visual display of unwanted obligation.
I am looking forward to this week’s “exercises,” it’s like Art and Drama class all over again! (I wasn’t great at either, but I am good at making messes). I am allowing myself to “just have fun” with the poster, all the circles, colors and shapes.
I am paying attention more. I actually went to the store to look for 3D objects I could put up around my house, a toy compass or two. Unfortunately, I did not find anything I use. I will venture out again.
Procrastination is beginning to fade. I am working to build my team and earn a large income with my network marketing company to be able to fund my DMP.
I made two contacts Yesterday and today; I discussed a date for a presentation with my upline!! I am still nervous just thinking about talking to people about the NWM business, but I not allowing the fear to stop me in my tracks.
I handle my sport officiating and massage therapy businesses with comfort and confidence. I am gaining the mental tools to approach and execute the NMW business with the same excitement and fortitude!
Yippee!, Hallelujah!! I CAN DO THIS! And DO IT NOW!!!
