minutes remaining

For weeks, my focus has been on the quiet, internal construction. The daily sits. The mental rehearsals. The brick-by-brick building of a new foundation. And in Week 13, that foundation began to feel solid.

My sits are no longer practice; they are a steady, reliable homecoming. The confidence growing is the quiet kind—the certainty of sunrise.

But this week presented a clear, external challenge that shifted everything.

My Master Mind Alliance partner, Todd, has been a pivotal force, a mirror reflecting back the person I’m becoming with more clarity than I can often muster on my own. His belief has amplified mine.

And this week, he gently, persistently, asked me to step into a bigger role within our alliance: to do more Master Minding for the broader group.

My initial reaction? A familiar whisper of hesitation. The old blueprint flickered: “Who am I to guide? I’m still building myself.”

I sat with that dilemma. The old self wanted to stay safe, to receive rather than give, to perfect before participating.

Then, the new foundation held firm. I realized Todd wasn’t asking me because I was “finished.” He was asking because the process is the progress. The Master Mind isn’t a club for the perfected; it’s an engine built by contributors.

So, I’ve made a decision.

I am committing to build the alliance as it has built me. I will create and share at least one Polo—one focused piece of insight, encouragement, or observation—with our group each week.

This isn’t just an extra task. It’s the next logical step in my DMP. It’s moving from internalizing the law to actively exercising it in service to others.

True confidence isn’t just felt in the quiet of my sit; it’s forged in the act of contributing value, even when—especially when—it feels like a stretch.

Todd’s encouragement was the final piece of scaffolding I needed to take this leap. Now, it’s time to add my own beam to the structure.

Week 13’s lesson is profound: We build ourselves in silence, but we solidify ourselves in service. The confidence from the sits finds its voice in the sharing.

The internal work is steady. The alliance is strong. And now, my contribution begins.
