MKE Week 3 – Coming Around the Bend
I am beginning to see outward effects showing up in my life, almost by themselves.
Repeating the phrase “Do It Now” at least 25 times twice a day, this starts to play in my mind anytime I am contemplating a task, or considering putting it off.
As soon as I notice myself thinking “I’ll get to that later”, or “I don’t have time for that right now”, rising up from the depths of my mind like a train chugging into perception from a great distance, “do it now, do it now, do it now” begins to sound.
I find myself in action. The time spent in transition from one task to another gets shorter, I find myself doing less multi-tasking (or serial sequential tasking) and remaining more focused through task completion. I am eager to notice what else is changing in my way of daily being!

Michael, I love “Do it now” too. It’s cool to see those small mindset shifts make an impact—way to go!
