Let’s face it….Everything is landing differently for me this year, than I expected, including part 12. Not because the concepts were new, but because my body finally caught up with what my mind has been practicing for a while now.
This week wasn’t about “doing more” or “trying harder”. It was about learning how to hold the pressure without leaking it.
I have noticed something over the past couple weeks: when energy builds and there’s no immediate outlet, my old pattern is to discharge it – through distraction, urgency, over-talking or premature action.
Part 12 showed me that mastery isn’t about surprising energy or acting on it quickly. It is about directing it Intentionally!
This distinction matters
When pressure is unfocused, it creates anxiety. When pressure is given direction, it becomes Momentum.
This week, I practiced letting that pressure stay in my body without reacting to it, for once. I didn’t numb it (marijuana). I didn’t rush to convert it into action. I simply noticed it and asked, “What container am I choosing for this energy?”
That question changed everything.
Instead of forcing outcomes, I focused on alignment. Instead of proving something, I practiced consistency. Instead of chasing relief, I chose discipline that felt calm rather than punishing.
Liberation
What surprised me the most was how liberating that felt.
Part 12 reminded me that self-mastery isn’t loud. It doesn’t announce itself. It shows up quietly in the choices I make when no one is watching – what I read, what I listen to, how I speak, and what I Don’t rush into.
I am learning that my job isn’t to “release” energy – it’s to Aim it!
When I do that, clarity replaces urgency. Confidence replaces strain and action becomes inevitable rather than forced. That is the version of leadership I am stepping into now.
Steady. Directed. Alive. And for the first time, I can feel that I am not building momentum by effort alone – but by alignment.

Todd, my friend, it is very powerful shift in how you are learning to intentionally directing this power in you and learning to quietly sit with it, hold it, and to align yourself with it to properly channel it. Enjoy this process!
Great blog! This line was so insightful “ I am not building momentum by effort alone – but by alignment” thank you for sharing!
Todd, this is a masterclass in self-command. 👑 “What container am I choosing for this energy?” is a revolutionary question. Your shift from force to alignment is powerful to witness. 🔥
