Well done Chandrashekar, you can be proud of yourself, because you worked hard enough during the first weeks of the training to allow yourself to be the Observer of your Old Blueprint mechanism and to unmask it when it tries to bring you back to the old unhealthy habits…But that’s not all: it’s one thing to observe the trick, but it’s another to escape from it and bring yourself back on track…and you did it too!
