Gratitude Is My Permanent Attitude

Gratitude is no longer something I practice occasionally—it is becoming my permanent attitude.

Today, I am truly grateful as if it were my last day. I recognize that many far greater than I went to sleep last night and did not wake up this morning. The fact that I did is nothing short of a miracle. For that, I am deeply grateful—today and every day.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand that attitude determines altitude. Where I stand in life is directly connected to the condition of my heart—especially my level of gratitude.

One law that stood out to me this week is the Law of Substitution. If I am fully consumed with gratitude, there is simply no room for hatefulness.

And if hatefulness does try to sneak in and rear its ugly head, I can immediately replace it with thoughts of God and gratitude.

I am grateful for Mark, the fabulous D, Lori, and all of the Master Key Experience (MKE) staff for helping me chip away at the cement. Each lesson, each exercise, is helping me uncover more of who I truly am.

I am grateful to have learned that the world within is the key to everything.
I am grateful to know that we are powerful beyond measure.
I am grateful to understand that good habits are the foundation of all success.

This journey continues to transform me from the inside out—and for that, I am truly thankful.
