It’s crazy to me that we are already 9 weeks in.
I think I may have gotten a whole day of success with the mental diet. I suppose that Thanksgiving makes that a little easier because there are so many things to positively think about.
Traveling for the holiday always makes it challenging to keep up with all the tasks. I spent a couple days golfing in the valley of the sun and had a great Turkey day with some extended family and watching football.
I also played about 50 pool games with my cousin Zach over 3 days which is always a good time.
I didn’t do well on my sits because there was consistent interruptions but I got my reads in and sent a Marco Polo to the group.
As I said in my last blog post I made a change to my DMP and I am confident that I am close enough to really dig into my Movie poster, Press Release, and dmp set to music.
I just returned from our trip so the blog was my first task to catch up on, DMP revisions are next then I will get caught up this week.
I really am Grateful for this program and even though every week has had its own ups and downs it is slowly cracking the concrete and I am able to recognize where I am falling short and where I am doing well.
My future self is hungry for my current self to set him up for success and achieve my goals and I am doing well enough to know what else needs to be done.
Until Next Time……

The gold is shining through the cracks1
Welcome back,Kris! Sounds like a holiday full of good things—family, football, golf, and pool. Congrats on that mental diet win! The “slowly cracking the concrete” is such a perfect way to describe the process. Keep going; your future self is rooting for you!
Keep shining, Kris! 😄 I’m excited to follow your progress.
You seem very focused, Kris – that is fabulous!
