This week of the MKE invited me into a deeper understanding of something I’ve known intellectually for years, but haven’t always lived with consistency. Attempts interrupted by “reality” or “problems” sending me back into fear and scarcity.
But I truly know my outer life mirrors the world inside. The subconscious is always listening, always responding, always creating from whatever image we repeatedly hold.
Which is from a lot of programming and cement. Subby doesn’t judge, and it doesn’t filter, it simply accepts the blueprint and recreates from it.
For me, someone intentionally shaping a life of autonomy, wellness, community, and meaningful self-employment, this week landed with new weight. If I want freedom on the outside, I must become freedom on the inside.
If I want health and vitality in my work and relationships, those states have to become my daily inner practice which is not something I hope arrives “when life settles down,” or when I finally have that perfect protocol, but something I choose in each quiet (and unconscious) moment.
The Week Five exercise was simple yet revealing: hold a single mental image with clarity. No drifting, no multitasking, no sliding into old patterns of overthinking. Just focus. Just presence.
I realized how quickly my mind wants to jump, plan and create, which were all strategies that once kept me safe but now get in the way of creating the life I’m moving toward.
Fear and worry are also creative forces. They attract outcomes with the same precision as clarity and intention. If I’m not consciously planting what I want, I’m accidentally watering what I don’t. ouch.
Week Five reminded me that the path I’m on, one of cultivating health, empowering others, building my own sustainable work, and creating community starts within. And that’s where I am learning to lead from – in every moment.

Deanne, your joyful openness about inner clarity and intention shines! it makes me smile. Thank you
From within every moment. Thank you
Congrats Deanne! Keep learning to lead from within at every moment.
This is beautifully said. The realization that our mind’s old, “safe” strategies can actually get in the way of the new life we’re building hits home. Your commitment to choosing your inner state now, not later, is inspiring. The path absolutely starts within. Thank you for sharing your journey. ✨
