Over the past few mornings at Juno Beach, God met me in every sunrise. Each one looked different, but the message stayed the same.
Some mornings the sun had to push through thick clouds, reminding me that even in hard seasons, God is still working and still shining. Other mornings the sky was clear, and the light came fast and full, showing me that sometimes breakthrough comes without struggle. I noticed silver linings before the sun fully broke through, a reminder not to stop short of what God is doing. I even watched the sun rise, dip behind clouds, and rise again, proof that we are never stuck and always allowed another beginning.
The morning of the seventh and final sunrise, felt like God gently tying it all together. The water was calm, the sky quiet, and what settled in my heart was simple, His mercies really are new every morning. No matter where we’ve been or what yesterday held, today is always a fresh start. We are never behind. We are never out of chances.
What keeps coming back to me is this, God is faithful. He is constant. And all He asks is that we show up, draw near, and trust Him.
If you’re walking through clouds right now, or standing in clear skies, this applies to you too. Keep going. Keep trusting. There is light ahead, and it will come right on time.
Praise God from Whom ALL Blessings flow, and this week has been full of them for sure🙌

I love your sunrise stories! Sunrises are the best, with the promise of the new day to come wrapped up in a beautiful package!
Correction to previous comment- your view was the sun rising not the sun setting. I read it again and realized the difference. Bravo Lois!
