MKE Week 15 Blog
Gratitude Addiction
First, let me express how grateful I am to have found the Master Key Experience (MKE) class. It has changed my life in ways that I’m sure I will see the results of for years to come. As I sit in my quiet time to think and meditate, I reflect on how truly blessed I am and how good God has been to me.
When I graduated from college, I received many invitations to friends’ weddings. I’m getting to the age now where there aren’t many weddings, but instead notifications of friends and acquaintances who have made their transition. All I can say is that I’m grateful for God’s grace and mercy shown toward me.
As I took a lunch break this week, I happened to tune in to The Tamron Hall Show. She had a guest on the show who was a psychologist—I didn’t catch his name. However, they were discussing how to make 2026 a great year.
One of the main suggestions he shared was that having a great year starts with gratitude. He said we should feast on gratitude and described it as our most powerful filter.
He encouraged people to stop what they were doing and text the people in their lives, letting them know how grateful they were to have them. He also suggested taking 30 days to intentionally say something you are grateful for each day.
Mark, this guy is all in your notes… or perhaps he’s a former MKE student. 😊
In conclusion, let me say how grateful I am to see every sunrise. I pray that my health will hold up so that I can leave a great legacy for my family and friends.
Peace be the journey.

Thanks Peaches…without God’s Grace I couldn’t make
Chandrashekar, as always Thanks for your kind words!
Hi Ron- thanks for your kind words.
Thanks Arlene!
What a beautiful reflection Larry.
Your gratitude, faith, and awareness shine through every word—it’s clear how deeply this work is shaping your life.
Living with that kind of thankfulness is a legacy in itself.
Peace truly is the journey, and you’re walking it with grace.
“Feast on gratitude” – I love that. What a powerful way to frame the year. Inspired to take the 30-day challenge. Thank you, Larry!
You are already leaving a great legacy Larry by being in this course and showing how meaningful change can happen.
Well done, Larry! I agree – gratitude is the path to plenty!
