I absolutely love showing kindness and receiving kindness, and this exercise really opened my eyes to just how kind people are on a daily basis. Seeing everyone share their acts of kindness, along with the kindness they witnessed from others, was incredibly uplifting.

It helped me stay focused on the good in people. Sometimes it’s easy to miss how much kindness is happening all around us, but this week reminded me that it’s everywhere, in big moments and small ones.

What a beautiful reminder that kindness is contagious, and when we slow down enough to notice it, it changes how we see the world and each other.
