I will live this day as if it is my last.
I will wear the cute tennis shoes that I have been saving because I was afraid they would get dirty.
I will use the travel mug my sister gave me for Christmas.
I will light the candle that has been sitting unused.
I will pause to marvel in the precious moments of joy, abundance, and kindness that in the past I have rushed past.
I will caress Wilson, the office cat, when he jumps up on my desk at work.
I will call my friend who reached out last week wanting to talk.
I will bask in the warmth of the sunlight instead of hurrying inside.
My last must be my best.
I will live this day as if it is my last.
And if it is not, I shall fall to my knees and give thanks.

I love this, don’t put off those things that we enjoy as well as the things we ‘should’ do.
