In the time since graduating from the Master Key Experience (MKE), I have had what one would say a transitioning experience in a lot of areas of my life.
I am coming up on the one year anniversary of my heart attack. I have transitioned from a guided gym experience with my health and fitness due to financial constraints and timing. In keeping with my PPNs, I still feel that they are the driving forces behind my DMP.
Still, distractions abound.
At least 3 hours of my waking day is dedicated to fitness and this supports my true health. I am able to track this through the amazing technology of the smart watch.
Any results can be tracked with the amazing technology of the body scanning health scale. These are all easily part of my daily routine.
Leaving a legacy is far more important to me at this point in my life but I am not living up to the moment. It is for this reason that I have decided to wait for the “Guide” opportunity and focus on the written plan of action.
Writing out my workouts in fitness have gotten me to move into the hour long experience without having a coach over my shoulder. I must move this to my legacy.
I will keep working with my cards and my shapes to use my time wisely. I will now measure this time as the day progresses including any activity that is NOT directly related to my DMP but is necessary for being “fully human” as Leo Buscaglia would say.
At the end of the day…at the end of the week…an honest and frank measure of my progress is required for the planning of the next day and the next week. All activities will support my One Thing!
The concept of OATS is critical to making progress toward my goal. Like my health, recognizing my weaknesses or to put it in a more positive light…areas of needed practice for improvement…will ultimately move me toward that one thing and give me the peace of mind that I seek.

Well done, Michael! I love that you are continuing with those positive habits:)
