Press Release: David Muir of ABC news had some breaking news today!  Oprah Winfrey just booked Sabrina Thomas for the podcast Super Soul. Sabrina just recently retired and shared what life is like when you set out to run fast to your dreams. 

Oprah: “Thank you, Sabrina for joining us today on Super Soul podcast. We are reaching millions today and we thank you for stopping by on your busy schedule traveling around the entire continent sharing this amazing time in your life.  Please tell us how your journey began, who are you and where are you from?”

Sabrina: Thank you, Ms Winfrey for this marvelous opportunity to share my journey on your platform. 

Oprah: “Oh, Please call me Oprah. “

Sabrina: Thank you, Oprah,  I feel honored to be in your presence on your podcast! I am a mother of three sons who I adore and two beautiful granddaughters. I have one loving brother. I was blessed to have been a devoted daughter. 

We reside in Sacramento California. I was raised in a military family and have travelled extensively with my father and ex-husband in the military. Shout out to my family including my Aunt in North Carolina!

Oprah: “Wow, Sabrina, you look so vibrant and full of energy.  I was told by my producers that you actually ran around the outside of the studio this morning. 

You have to share with our audience your secret to all this energy when others our age are feeling the pains of aging. Is there a product you would recommend and how can others get in contact with you? “

Sabrina: Yes, Oprah, thank you. I will share my secret and also how to get in contact with me. Thank you for posting the information across the screen. I look forward to hearing from your audience. 

Oprah: “We want to have you back on our podcast because we want to hear more about your platform and your latest book. When do you start in Tyler Perry’s new movie? “

Sabrina: I would love to come back. 

Oprah: “Please let our audience know where you will be, what upcoming engagements do you have?”

Sabrina: I just returned from a tour in the Netherlands.  Last month, I was in Las Vegas. The filming of Tyler Perry’s started yesterday.  Your audience can also tune in to my podcast. Thank you again for posting Oprah!

Oprah: “Sabrina, your accomplishments have kept you extremely busy.” Is this how you visioned your retirement? It does not sound like retirement to me.” 

Sabrina: Yes, Oprah, it is my goal to help inspire others to not look at retirement as “I am done.”  It is the time of new beginnings.  I share a product that has helped me and is now helping others to be the best they can be.

Our health is our wealth. Not only is health improved but wealth too. I want my platform to be a vessel to help others. I want to continue to help build, develop and grow my team as I did in corporate America. I love to help and inspire others. That is who I am Oprah.

Oprah: “Oh yes, Sabrina- you know that has been my life’s mission.” How do you plan to accomplish this Sabrina?”

Sabrina: Yes, indeed!  You inspire so many Oprah, including me.  I plan to keep things as simple as possible. I know what I have works and others can do what needs to be done. If I can do this, so can anyone. 

Oprah: “Sounds like you have principles that are put into action will work! Please return soon Sabrina. We want to hear and learn more.”

Sabrina: I would love to Oprah!
