Press Release – Kirsty Kerins
🎥 Interview with Sarah Blakely – Treehouse in Zambia
(Scene set at sunset, 11/11/26)
The golden African sun sinks low over the Zambian plains. Elephants move gracefully in the distance, giraffes stretch their necks to the treetops, and a warm breeze rustles through the acacia leaves.
Kirsty sits back on the open-air balcony of a luxury treehouse — her white vest top and light khaki trousers glowing softly in the sunset light. A gentle smile plays on her lips as she looks toward Sarah Blakely, who sits opposite her with a sparkle of curiosity and admiration.
Sarah: Kirsty, this view… it’s magic. I can’t think of a more perfect place to have this conversation. Congratulations on everything you’ve created — £11.5 million, Rise Tribe, the retreats, your home, this life. How does it feel sitting here now, knowing all your dreams have become reality?
Kirsty: (smiling, eyes glistening) It feels like freedom, Sarah — like deep peace wrapped in joy. Every morning I wake up and feel so alive. I remember the days I dreamed of this life, and now… it’s real. I built it with love, consistency, and faith.
Sarah: Tell me about that journey — you’ve spoken before about liberty and spiritual growth being your driving forces.
Kirsty: Absolutely. Liberty to me meant freedom in every sense — financial, emotional, spiritual. I wanted to live fully, explore the world, and give back in meaningful ways.
My business success gave me that freedom, but it was my spiritual growth that made it all feel complete. Through yoga, meditation, and stillness, I learned how to trust life, to lead from love rather than fear.
Sarah: And your generosity — it’s become part of your identity. I know you support Shelter and fund Rise Tribe scholarships… what inspired that?
Kirsty: Giving is my way of honouring abundance. When I donate to Shelter or fund someone’s Rise Tribe journey, it’s not about money — it’s about helping someone feel safe, seen, and capable of transforming their life. I’ve learned that the more love you circulate, the more it grows.
Sarah: You’re clearly so connected to your family too. I can hear the kids splashing down there — (she laughs as Phoebe’s laughter drifts up from the pool) — how do you balance everything?
Kirsty: (smiling warmly) That’s the beauty of it — there’s no “balance,” just flow. Ian’s just inside editing some photos, and the kids are here, living their best lives. We’ve built this together, one choice at a time — prioritising presence, joy, and creativity.
I guide Phoebe and Jude through mindfulness and adventure, not perfection. I want them to grow with courage and curiosity, to know that life is meant to be lived in full colour.
Sarah: It’s beautiful. Rise Tribe has clearly become a global movement — tell me what it’s like leading that.
Kirsty: It’s beyond anything I imagined. Every retreat, every event, every person who finds healing or freedom through it — it’s a reminder of purpose. I bring together a community of radiant souls who want more than success; they want meaning.
We blend spirituality, yoga, and personal growth to awaken what’s already inside them. When I speak on stage now, it’s not about performing — it’s about connecting soul to soul.
Sarah: I love that. You radiate light when you talk about this life — it’s contagious.
Kirsty: (laughs softly, looking out at the glowing horizon) Thank you, Sarah. I’ve learned that joy is the ultimate magnet. When you live from joy, life gives you more to be joyful about. This sunset, this moment, my family, this freedom — it’s all grace.
Sarah: And that’s exactly why people are so drawn to you, Kirsty. You’re not just living your dream — you’re showing others how to live theirs.
Kirsty nods gently, her eyes following a herd of elephants crossing the plain below. The golden light softens. The air hums with the sound of crickets and distant drums.
Kirsty: It’s taken courage, faith, and a lot of trust. But I kept my promises — to myself, to my vision, and to life. And that changed everything.
Sarah: (smiling knowingly) That’s the secret, isn’t it?
Kirsty: (raising her glass, eyes shining) Always keep your promises.
The sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in fire and gold. The laughter of Phoebe and Jude echoes softly through the trees. The sound of the savanna fills the air — alive, free, and eternal.

Kirsty, This is absolutely beautiful — I can feel the peace and gratitude flowing through every line. It’s such a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we stay aligned with love and purpose and your DMP!!!
You’ve captured freedom, faith, and joy so perfectly.
“This is so powerful and beautifully captured. ‘It’s not about performing — it’s about connecting soul to soul.’ That line alone is a profound shift. Kirsty, your journey is a stunning reminder that living from a place of joy and keeping our promises to ourselves is the truest path to freedom. Thank you for the inspiration.”
