For Week 21, this is the thinking exercise – meditate on Truth and think about the statement The Truth Will Set You Free.
I have spent quite some time thinking about this statement. In fact, as I reflect on freedom, I remember a scene in the Matrix–such a great movie and so many great lines to ponder.
It’s probably not the one you’re thinking of – the classic choice, red pill or blue pill.
Once Neo takes the red pill, he leaves the artificial world and enters true reality. It is here that he learns that the limits he once thought were laws don’t really exist.
And with that, Neo learns to fly.
The parallels are tremendous.
As Neo goes through many repeated efforts to learn how to break barriers that don’t really exist, he fails…a lot.
But he keeps trying and keeps working, and eventually he is truly free. His freedom from the Matrix is more than just his physical body being freed from the pod in the real world, but he is free from all the limitations within the Matrix because now he knows.
He knows it is all an illusion and none of it is real.
So he realizes he can jump from one skyscraper to another…because he is FREE.
As I read the Master Key, continue with the exercises and attend weekly webinars, I am continually reminded that freedom is the goal. Freedom from all the nonsense, or cement, that keeps me stationary or captivated by fear. It’s just an illusion…because in reality I am truly free.
I look forward to the day when that truth is so evident in my life that I too can fly.

Beautifully written, Amy. 🙏 The idea that freedom is knowing the “walls” aren’t real is so powerful. Keep breaking those barriers!
Well done, Amy! What a great perspective and lessons from the movie.
