Recovering from a brain injury gifted to me by ice in my back yard two months ago has been a slow yet interesting experience.

I had to stop everything, including my work with the Master Key Experience (MKE) because of the injury. No working, no driving, no feeding my Lambies.

Blinding headaches and the inability to think and process information made me doubt myself and what lay ahead.

Once the headaches began to subside, I realized there had been a troubling change in my vibration. I had been vibrating at a much higher level before my slip and fall.

Now, I was not quite back to where I was prior to starting MKE (meaning low vibration), but I realized I was getting dangerously close.

The first thing I did, once I became aware of what was going on, was to focus on my vibration. I tried to raise it, tried to think more positively despite the pain, the disappointment, the frustration and yes, the fear.

The lesson in Part Twenty-Two this week gives me renewed encouragement and energy that I can heal myself and slowly but surely get back to who I was becoming and even better!

I want to mention how grateful I am to my guides and to the members in my Polo group for their support during this time. They all have been amazing!

This has been a life-changing experience. I certainly hope it’s a one and done. In fact, one of these is definitely enough. I hope I’ve learned my lesson from it, and am ready to move onward and upward!

I have to be very limited in what I do for another three weeks, so plenty of time to work on myself now that my brain is recovering.

I know there’s a lesson in this, and I’m coming back!
