An unfolding of several observations have been very humbling for me. Seeing the vastness of the universe and realizing that everything oscillates at its own frequency and vibrates to that tune whether harmonious or otherwise.

Haanel emphasizes how thought and vibration manifests in the body as health or dis-ease. Emotions affect health and are stored in the body. I ask myself how many times I’ve ignored this and not dealt with them.

How many times have I spoken directly to my cells and organs as if they are my friends instead of being so separate. I actually could strike up a relationship with every aspect of my body and love each part and love it as a whole.

I see that I am born with two aspects… my soul and then my body. I live as if my body is separate from me and it isn’t. The fact is… it is like a small baby that requires being taken care of by nourishing and nurturing it.

And I’m yet to come to the realization that even though I’m not my body I’m also not separate from it. It’s actually always with me and it’s a great responsibility.

My level of health is a mirror to me and it certainly reveals where my thoughts have been and how much respect and love I have for myself. Every day is a mirror reflection of who I am right now and what I’ve become.

The gift is life and every moment I have a choice. What’s important to me reflects in the mirror. There’s no hiding from the woman in the mirror. So I can use this to spring forward.

What do I observe? That’s very telling… did I even observe or was I in no man’s land.
