Part eight reminded me this week that thought is cause and conditions are effect. Whatever we hold in mind – harmony or disharmony – eventually shows up in our world. It sounds simple but today I watched this play out in real time.
Someone I had been working with has been struggling to stay on track. Their check-ins were full of reasons they couldn’t do their habits: food issues, low energy, looking for more things to do from bed, etc.
As I listened, it became quickly clear that their problem wasn’t their circumstances – it was the THOUGHTS they kept CHOOSING about their circumstances.
Haanel tells us the mind attracts the conditions it dwells upon. When we rehearse excuses, we get more excuses. When we choose limitation, the Universe politely agrees. And when we allow that energy into our own mental space, we feel it.
So today, I made a choice. I told them that I couldn’t work with them right now – not until they recommit to their habits. Not as judgement, but as self-protection.
Part eight teaches us that we must guard the entrance to our mental world. If I want harmony, clarity and creative power, I can’t invite disharmony inside.
If you’ve fallen behind in your habits, here’s your nudge: You are One decision away from stepping back into alignment!

Great advise. Thanks for the nudge. Your a great observer.
