What Are You Thinking?
What are you thinking right now? Not just the passing thoughts about errands or to-do lists—but the ones quietly shaping your choices, your confidence, and your future. Every action starts as a thought. Every habit was first an idea you repeated long enough for it to feel true.
The challenge is this: not every thought deserves a permanent home in your mind. Some thoughts build you up. Others quietly tear you down. If you’re not careful, you’ll start living out beliefs you never consciously chose.
Today, pause and listen to your inner dialogue. Are your thoughts rooted in fear or faith? Limitation or possibility? Old stories or new growth?
