Opinions and Inner Thoughts

Letting go of all opinions is certainly a challenging exercise for me. One of the best results is that I have become so much more aware of observing my thoughts.

It’s an exercise which also makes me realize how many opinions I have about things and people that in truth I know very little about. It is also insightful about my own inner thoughts that create opinions, especially about my own actions.

Letting go of these thoughts frees up so much more space for me to take control of my life. Being the observer is allowing me to have more control over my thoughts and consequently my feelings which in turn influences my beliefs.

What a brilliant concept! It has also made me more aware of the process of looking for shapes and colors. Be the Observer, not the Judge!
