This is real work, but it’s good work.

I find my awareness of how my mind works during the different times of the day to be fascinating.

I usually wake up not feeling very up. These days, I immediately I begin positive affirmations and listening to positive messages and videos. I do my readings and my sit. Pretty soon, I am feeling much better and ready to face the day with a positive attitude.

It makes such a difference to me when I am not as faithful to my habits. During the holidays, I slacked off a bit. I didn’t stop, but I wasn’t checking off the boxes as consistently. Boy, did it make a difference for me. I struggled a bit with my mood and my confidence.

It makes me wonder if I had found the Master Key years earlier, or decades actually, if my life would not have been so rife with depression. The studies and habits have made such a difference in my mood and my outlook.

Life still happens, and something happened yesterday that really knocked me off my pins. I admit I was struggling, but I didn’t give in. This morning, I was right back at it. I’m determined to triumph, and I will.
