I see it now. The Law of Growth. I am stretching my arms as though they are branches toward the bright light. I am digging my roots into the earth seeking nourishment and hydration.
It’s as natural as breathing. In the Autumn I turn inward, releasing old energy preparing for the dark season when I will transition from analysis to action. I will bend with the wind. I will observe all, judging none. I will open like the leaves in the spring. I will grow.

We are the observer. Thank you for sharing, Celeste
There is an exercise in yoga where one side goes up to the sky and the other deep to the ground. When I ride from the waist up goes to the sky and waist down goes down to the Earth. Observing and growing. Thank you
Beautifully said!! Your awareness and connection to your own seasons of growth are powerful. You are growing, naturally and steadily. 🌿✨
“I observe all, judging none” – What a powerful statement that reflects the law of growth in an exciting way. Thank you for sharing, Celeste!
This is breathtaking, Celeste. You’ve put words to a feeling I’ve sensed but never been able to articulate—that internal rhythm that mirrors the trees and the seasons.
“I am stretching my arms as though they are branches toward the bright light.” What a powerful, embodied intention. Your entire post feels like a gentle but firm reminder that growth isn’t a forced march, but a natural, cyclical surrender. The wisdom in preparing to transition “from analysis to action” resonates deeply. It gives such permission to rest, to listen, and then to move with purpose.
Thank you for this. It’s a small, perfect manifesto for living in alignment. I’ll be carrying the image of roots digging for nourishment and arms reaching for the light with me today.
Very poetic, Celeste! I love that you are responding to the change of seasons with your own changes and observations.
