Overall, I’d say the week has been a win.

Each day I’ve felt a little better and gotten a bit more done.

The thing I’ve been most pleased about is giving myself Grace. While there have been moments I’ve felt disappointed stemming from judging myself about what I “thought” I was going to do or how far along I thought I’d be.

I’m pleased that mostly I’m allowing myself to be where I Am, to keep a vision of where I want to be and to celebrate what I Am accomplishing from day to day.

I’m reminding myself, and I trust it will serve someone else, there’s no catching up and no shame or guilt about the progress I’m making, or not. Perhaps my biggest win this week is choosing to focus on the day at hand and to allow myself to simply keep moving forward.

I Am also pleased about noticing and managing how resistance shows up in me. For several days I told myself I’d complete reading the MK lesson and sitting.

Finally, today, on Day 5, Thursday, I was able to complete reading the lesson and sit. I was so pleased with myself for getting that done! I’m also pleased that I’ve been consistent with reading GS and my handwritten copy of the Blueprint Builder.

I have yet to sit down and write my DMP. I know what’s getting in the way is trying to do it “right” and telling myself I want to see instructions on what to do and…and…and…

Mostly, I’m remembering to trust and know I Am precisely where I need to be and EVERYTHING is unfolding as it needs to. I’ve got this!

Perhaps the biggest gift I’ve given myself this week so far is to do a little bit more each day. The compound effect is working and serving me.

I’ll end this by saying, I’m pleased with how I’m navigating the process and all is well.
