November 6, 2025 Week Six -Press Release

I am being interviewed by Crystal Young which has a half-hour show on Fox Channel 5 in New York City. I have my black custom-made suit on with my name on the inside jacket, Stephen Roger Penn.

The name of the show is Good Night New York. The purpose of the interview is to shine a light on a top performer for 39 consecutive years in business as a leader.

What makes this interview bittersweet is that Crystal and I grew up together as neighbors. We live on the 12th floor in Rochdale Village building 11 section A in Queens New York.

We both went to State University of New York Colleges. She went to Brockport and I went to Cortland. Cortland graduates the most teachers in New State. I majored in Economics.

The first year I was supposed to to play on the Men’s Tennis Team. The budget got cut and I decided to become President and Founder of the tennis club. I organized tennis matches with different colleges in the area such as SUNY Binghamton, Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse.

I was a member of the Black Student Union, Gospel Choir, Debate Club, Economics Club and Outing Club. In addition I was part of Army ROTC and I went to basic camp in FT. Knox Kentucky in 1984 summer.

I was the Student Director of Corey Union which is the Student Union. There are study rooms, bowling Alley, Food Court, Lecture rooms, Grand Ballroom also student Union club offices.

I was in charge of a staff of students and Employees that worked for Corey Union. I had an outstanding education and college experience for four years at Cortland 1982- 1986. Also I did college recruitment while in college.
