MKE Week 6

Well, it has been 1 month since I was laid off my full time job. I really wanted to shake the Boss man’s hand when he gave me the news. I really tried to hold back the smile and sense of freedom I just felt rush through me.
Nostrils flared, the tense muscles in my jaw to hold back that smile of relief of being let go from a job I disliked anyways!!! And to fathom the fact I had written up my letter of resignation the same day, but hadn’t quite finished it, so, there it remained, on my desktop.
Thankfully, now I actually get to sigh in relief of not sitting in traffic for an hour each way, to and from work!!! I get to do what I want to do now!!!
Putting up the colored shapes around the house has really been interesting. My roommate hasn’t even noticed them, although, he rarely comes into my space where I’m working anyways.
I’ve had a couple of friends ask what the shapes are all about. I really like explaining to people what I am doing and what this Master Key Experience (MKE) Course is teaching me.
My week was good and I am getting through the readings of the scrolls, doing the sits which fits right in with my other modality I am doing, ‘The Art of Contemplation’ I have an app on my phone called The Triple Flame.
Every 3 hours I do a 5 minute contemplative sit, think about nothing, breathe and relax, then after the 5 minutes, I go about whatever I was doing prior.
I am not working at the moment and still, getting all the Exercises done is still a bit challenging! So at the moment, just doing the best I can to get it done!
