SAILING CALM WATERS
Hmmm! Writing a journal has really never been a ‘thing’ for me, not sure why, sometimes I think, “I should have documented that in a journal or something.”
I start journals, every January, then by March/April, they get shuffled to the side and never looked at or written in again. I’m not the type of person that can sit up in bed and be on a laptop, read, or write…
When I go to bed, I want my head to hit the pillow and boom… Sleep takes over! I have tried to read in bed, my eyes just want to close and I can’t remember a thing I just read.
Ah, but there is one thing… I listen to Audio books while I sleep, is that a thing? I’m not sure, but I like it, and the book has to be read by someone with a very soothing voice, it can’t be to boisterous or squeaky or melancholy!
Or, I listen to healing music, like Reiki music, 528 hz Full Body Healing or The Wim Hof Breathing Technique.
So, my Week 1 and ½ of Week 2 of the Master Key Experience (MKE) has it’s challenges, but, I like a challenge, and now, things are starting to flow, like calm waters…. And I am just going with the flow.
Week 1 was certainly full of surprises, turmoil and chaos!!! Week 2 is starting to flow, the exercises are starting to take form and the are becoming second nature.
My favorite MKE Exercise right now is the BLUE Rectangle! YES!!! Seeing it everywhere!!! And speaking of Exercise…
I also took on another commitment as of October 1st! I started going back to the gym! I really have not had a gym membership I over 10 years!
I used to be a real ‘gym rat’ as we used to call people who were ‘addicted’ to working out and being at the gym, but, to be fair, I worked in the Fitness Industry from 1987 until 2012 as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
Have a great, productive week all! Later!!!

Thank you Carolyn, I’m enjoying the routine and structure.
Lisa, I love how you’re embracing flow while also reintroducing structure (like your gym commitment). Your willingness to let things settle into rhythm inspires me. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Janet <3
HI Lisa! Keep going with the flow!
