This week, I discovered something both profound and slightly ridiculous, I can spot a blue rectangle faster than InstaCart can hide a decent batch.
Apparently. my subconscious now plays “Where’s Waldo?” with shapes and colors. Every time I see a blue rectangle or red circle, my brain whispers, “There’s a connection..pay attention!” Meanwhile drivers behind me, think I’m admiring license plates.
That’s the MKE magic, right? We’re training the mind to notice and to choose what gets through the filters.
Between writing out my DMP (which, was becoming a minor novel) and repeating Scroll1 until I hear Og Mandino narrating my dreams, I realized something about my PPNs: Liberty and Autonomy aren’t goals … They’re settings.
Yellow energy is Freedom with a sense of humor…It is Optimism that drives it’s Own carpool.
So yeah, I’ll keep chasing blue rectangles and red circles and reprogramming subby, one scroll at a time. Because IF my mind is going to wonder, it might as well be some where Bright and toll-free!
I Always Keep My Promises – Todd Armstrong

“There’s a connection..pay attention!”
The linking of these exercises, shapes, colours invites subby to be extraordinary! It is so!!
love that PPNs aren’t goals … They’re settings.
Compass headings to navigate by. ♥
Great insights here Todd regarding the MKE magic! Love the reference to “Where’s Waldo”.
Todd, thank you for your blog. Isn’t it amazing how our mind works ? I am so grateful for all the skills and practices that we are learning in MKE to equip and train our mind.
