I will welcome obstacles for they are my challenge. Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World, scroll II, page 59.
This past week has been a challenge; away from home, physical labor, long hours, an irate person. I kept my “cool” or bit my tongue when it came to dealing with the person and I’ve been aware of my feelings about the whole situation.
That’s not to say I followed the “7 Laws of the Mind” in a positive way. I didn’t, other than being aware of myself. And that led to beating myself up over not being in better control and not taking time to do the daily readings, meditation, etc.
All the above has occurred and I look ahead.
I will greet this day with love in my heart. And most of all, I will love myself. Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World, scroll II, page 61.

Keep up the work… being aware. Be thankful that you noticed and you are persistent. Thank you for sharing your true experience.
I love that quote. When you notice that you have gone off, remind yourself as you move forward
This is such an honest and relatable share, Ron. The awareness you maintained through it all is the real victory—that’s the foundation everything else is built on. Beating yourself up is just another obstacle to welcome and release. Thank you for the powerful reminder that progress isn’t about perfection, but about returning to love, especially for ourselves. Keep going.
Awareness is a great start, and being kind to yourself. Well done, Ron!
